Specifications:The stress of crankshaft is extremely complex. At the same time, it is also a slender high-speed rotating part, so it needs strict dynamic balance, and bending and distortion are not allowed to exceed a certain value. After forging or casting, in order to improve the fatigue strength of the crankshaft and eliminate stress concentration, shot peening shall be carried out on the journal surface, and the fillet shall be rolled; In order to improve the surface hardness of the journal, it is also necessary to do high-frequency quenching or nitriding treatment on the journal surface, and finally finish machining. The crankshaft treated in this way has sufficient fatigue strength and stiffness against bending and torsion, and the journal has large enough pressure bearing surface and wear resistance.
