2. Robust Jaw & Thread Design
Forged Load Screw: High-tensile Alloy Steel (Grade 8.8 or 10.9) load screw with rolled threads for smooth operation and high clamping force.
Safety Hook or Eye: Forged steel lifting eye or hook integrated into or attached to the clamp body. Options include eye nuts, swivel hoist rings, or J-hooks.
Wide Bearing Surface: The jaw is designed to distribute load evenly across the beam flange, minimizing point loading and deformation.
