1.   How can I get sample?

1) Sample fee will be free if we have in stock, you just need to pay the shipping cost is OK.
2) The sample of your own design needs to pay for the mold set up charge, Samples production takes 3-7 working days after set up charge received & size drawing approval.

2.  How can I get the quotation?

1) Detailed drawings ( CAD/PDF/DWG/IGS/STEP/JPG files)
2) Material requirement.
3) Surface treatment.
4) Quantity (per order/per month/annual).
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels,delivery,etc.

3.  I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?

Sure, we will not display any customers' design or show to other people,we can sign NDA.

4. How about your quality?
