We have a mature production process from raw materials to forging, heat treatment, machining,
surface treatment, etc. The materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum
and cooper. The main forging press includes 300T, 400T, 630T, 1000T, 1600T and 2500T, which
covers product weight from 0.1kg to 100kg. The main machining equipment includes lathe, planer,
drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine, CNC machining center, polishing
machine etc., ensuring that we can fulfill different machining requirements from our customers.
We have an individual team of well experienced QC staff and many high-educated technical
engineers who work throughout the whole manufacturing processes i. e., incoming raw materials,
production, and final output, to ensure that our products are of high-quality. The main inspection
equipment includes chemical analyzer, hardness tester, tensile-strength tester, magnetic powder
flaw detector, metallographic analyzer, etc.

A: We accept TT (Bank Transfer), Western Union, L/C.
1. For total amount under US$500, 100% in advance.
2. For total amount above US$500, 30% in advance, the rest before shipment.

A: We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures

A: We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until them reach your 100%
satisfaction.And actually we wont take a chance to do poor quality products.We are proud of

Q: How soon can I get your response?
A: our company rules that we must reply customers within 24 hours. Our current average response time is 4.3 hours.
Q: How soon can I get your quotation?
A: We are trying to quote you within 24 hours, however, it depends on drawings quantity and complicating rate. If you are really very urgent, call us or email us so that we will put it in priority.
Q: How can I get a sample for quality check?
A: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We will provide you free samples(value under 20 without tooling invest) as long as you pay freight cost by yourself.
