• General Rule: Riders are often fitted based on height/inseam. A bike fitter can provide the best recommendation.

• Trend: Many riders are moving to slightly shorter cranks for improved comfort and cadence.

6. Are your cranks compatible with my bike's bottom bracket?

Compatibility is critical and depends on:

• Bottom Bracket Standard: (e.g., BSA Threaded, PressFit BB86/92, BB30,  Hollowtech II, SRAM DUB).

9. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our cranksets against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from crashes, improper installation, or use with incompatible components is not covered.

10. My crank is creaking. What should I do?

Creaking is often caused by:

1. Loose crank bolts: Re-torque to specification.

2. Dirty or worn bottom bracket: Clean, re-grease, or replace.

3. Pedal threads: Remove, clean, re-grease, and re-install pedals.

4. Chainring bolts: Check and tighten.
   If the issue persists, consult a bike shop.

11. Do you offer chainrings separately for replacement?

Yes. We sell replacement chainrings for most of our crankset models. Check the "Replacement Parts" section of our website.

12. Can I customize my crankset (color, chainring size, etc.)?
