1. What are Stud Bolts and Threaded Rods?
Stud Bolt: A headless fastener with threads on both ends. Typically used in flanged connections (piping, pressure vessels), where one end is screwed into a tapped hole and a nut is fastened on the other end.
Threaded Rod (All-Thread Rod): A long, straight rod that is fully threaded along its entire length. It is a versatile component used for hanging, bracing, clamping, constructing frameworks, or as a raw material to cut custom-length bolts.
2. What types of threaded rods do you manufacture?
We produce a comprehensive range:

4. What thread standards and sizes do you offer?

5. How do I determine the correct length?
For Threaded Rods, length is measured overall (OAL). For Stud Bolts, specify:
Total Length (L)
Thread Length on Each End (e.g., T1 and T2).
We can supply standard cut lengths (1m, 2m, 3m, 6m/12ft rods) or custom-cut lengths to your exact specification. Cutting and threading services are available.
6. What is the difference between a stud bolt and a standard bolt?
Stud Bolt: Has no head. Requires two nuts (or one tapped hole) for installation. Creates a more precise, uniform clamping load in critical joints (e.g., flanges), allows for easier alignment, and is less prone to shear.
Hex Bolt/Hex Cap Screw: Has a hexagonal head for wrenching. Faster to install in non-critical applications.
7. What are the typical applications?
Piping & Flange Connections: Stud Bolts are the industry standard for connecting pipe flanges, valve bonnets, and pressure vessel manways.

13. Do you offer cutting, threading, and chamfering services?
