We have two assembly lines and four production lines . We have equipments for lathing , punching , drilling ,
milling , laser cutting , bending , welding , grinding and CNC processing all under one roof .

Q1: What is the minimum and maximum thickness you can work with?
A: Our working range is:
Minimum Thickness: 0.05mm (very thin foils for electronic components). Handling requires specialized tooling.
Maximum Thickness: 12.0mm (heavy plate for structural brackets). This requires higher-tonnage presses.
The most common and cost-effective range is 0.5mm to 6.0mm.
Q2: What file formats do you need for a quotation?
A: We prefer 2D drawings in PDF or DWG/DXF format with all critical dimensions, tolerances, and material callouts. 3D models (STEP, IGS, SLDPRT, X_T) are extremely helpful for complex parts and DFM analysis. Please ensure files are in 1:1 scale.
Q3: Who owns the tooling (dies/molds)?
A: The industry standard is that the customer pays for and owns the tooling. We store and maintain the tooling at our facility at no charge for the duration of our production contract. We provide regular tooling condition reports. Upon contract termination, tooling can be shipped to you.
Q4: How much does tooling cost, and what is the lead time?
A: Tooling cost varies dramatically based on part complexity, size, precision, and material.
Simple single-stage blanking die: $1,000 - $5,000
Moderate progressive die: $5,000 - $20,000
Complex progressive or transfer die: $20,000 - $100,000+
Lead time is typically 4-8 weeks for production tooling. Prototype/sample tooling can be faster (2-3 weeks). We provide a fixed-price, detailed tooling quotation after DFM review.
Q5: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for stamped parts?
A: For parts requiring custom tooling, our standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces to justify the tooling investment. However, we can be flexible for strategic partnerships or simpler parts. For parts using existing standard tooling or shared tooling, the MOQ can be much lower (1,000-5,000 pieces).
Q6: Can you source the raw materials, or do we supply them?
A: We strongly prefer to source the materials. We have established relationships with major mills, ensuring consistent quality, proper certification, and the best pricing. We can work with Customer Supplied Material (CSM) if you have specific requirements, but this requires special handling and a liability waiver for material-related defects.
Q7: Can you provide material certifications?
A: Yes. We provide full Material Test Certificates (MTCs or Mill Certs) from the steel or metal mill for all raw materials used in your production run. This is standard for our quality documentation package.
Q8: What is your typical lead time from order to shipment?
A: Lead time depends on the stage:
New Project (Requiring Tooling):
Tooling: 4-8 weeks
First Samples: +1-2 weeks after tooling
Mass Production: +2-6 weeks (based on quantity)
Repeat Order (Existing Tooling): 4-8 weeks for production and shipping.
Q9: What if there is a problem with the parts after we receive them?
A: We stand behind our quality. Please notify us immediately (within 7 days) with photos and details. Our quality team will investigate. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for replacement parts, rework, or credit. Proper storage and handling by the customer are required.
