requirement. Usually, it's random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price

     1.Packing Detail: Each product packed with plastic preservative, EPE, foam plastic bag, Carton outside,

     2.Delivery Detail: the fast International Shipping time takes 3 ~5 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx, slow
     shipping time takes 7~ 8 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, etc.

Q4: What file formats do you accept for quoting?
A: We prefer 2D drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF) with complete dimensions, tolerances, weld symbols, and material specs. We also accept 3D models (STEP, IGS, SLDPRT). Please include any relevant standards (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME) in your request.

Q5: What quality control measures are in place?

• Incoming Inspection: Verification of material certifications (Mill Certs).

• In-Process Inspection: Dimensional checks, fit-up verification, and weld parameter monitoring.

Q10: How do you handle packaging and shipping?
A: We protect all parts to prevent damage in transit. Standard packaging includes wooden crates for heavy items and protective wrapping/palletizing. We work with trusted freight forwarders for domestic and international logistics and can ship via air, sea, or land.
