Q3: Can you make the CBAM certificate?
A3: Yes, we can , Normally this certificate is needed by the European customer. Before we make this certificate for our Italy customer.
Q4:How should I proceed without drawing of parts?
A4: If you have samples,please send us samples. If not, please tell us details and request, we can make drawings for your confirmation.
Q5: Can you provide samples before mass production ?
A6: Yes,you have to pay sample fee,which will be returned when you place bulk order.
Q6: What's delivery time ?
A6: Usually around 3-7 days for small order, around 15-20 days for mass order.
Q7:How do you control quality ?
A7:(1) Material Inspection - Check material surfaces and approximate dimensions.
(2) First inspection of production - ensure critical dimensions in mass production.
(3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before delivery to the warehouse.
(4) Preshipment inspection - 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.
