1.   How can I get sample?

1) Sample fee will be free if we have in stock, you just need to pay the shipping cost is OK.
2) The sample of your own design needs to pay for the mold set up charge, Samples production takes 3-7 working days after set up charge received & size drawing approval.

2.  How can I get the quotation?

1) Detailed drawings ( CAD/PDF/DWG/IGS/STEP/JPG files)
2) Material requirement.
3) Surface treatment.
4) Quantity (per order/per month/annual).
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels,delivery,etc.

3.  I want to keep our design in secret, can we sign NDA?

Sure, we will not display any customers' design or show to other people,we can sign NDA.

4. How about your quality?

♦ We will 100% inspect the products before shipment.

5. How long should we take for a quotation?
After receiving detail information we will quote within 2 days.

6. How do I know about the production?
We will double confirm your requirements and send you the sample before the mass production. During the mass production, we
will keep you informed of any progress. Besides, we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
