Q6: Are your D-Rings certified or tested?
A: Yes. Our production process includes:

Batch Testing: Samples from each heat lot undergo destructive break tests to verify breaking strength meets/exceeds 4x WLL.

Proof Load Testing: A percentage of finished goods are tested to 2x WLL with no deformation.

Q7: What is your warranty?
A: We warranty our D-Rings against material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading, improper installation/welding, corrosion due to lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Specific terms are in our sales contract.

Material Certs: We provide Material Test Certificates (MTC).

Third-Party Certs: We can arrange for inspection and certification from SGS, BV, DNV, ABS, etc., at an additional cost.

Q8: What is your production and shipping lead time?
A: Standard Items: 20-25 days after order confirmation and deposit.
Custom Items: 30-40 days after final drawing approval.
Shipping: Add 30-45 days for sea freight to major ports. Air freight is available (~5-10 days).

Q9: How are D-Rings packaged for export?
A: We use industrial, rust-preventative packaging:

Each D-Ring is oiled and wrapped in VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper.

They are packed in cartons with cardboard dividers.

Cartons are sealed, palletized, and stretch-wrapped.

The shipment is clearly labeled with part numbers and weights.

Q10: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard terms for new clients: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients with repeat orders, we can offer more flexible terms (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L).
