Quality control:
*We have specialized QC testers to check the quality of the products according to different customers'
requirement. Usually, it's random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price
if required.
*We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material
*We have PQC to inspect full-course during the manufacturing processing
*We have FQC to inspect all the anodizing/plating and other finishes' products from our supplier and
proceed with the professional quality and appearance inspection before shipping.

     Packing & Delivery:
     1.Packing Detail: Each product packed with plastic preservative, EPE, foam plastic bag, Carton outside,
     wood case or iron case or as per the customer's special requirement. Besides, the custom package takes
     a week to prepare in advance.
     2.Delivery Detail: the fast International Shipping time takes 3 ~5 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx, slow
     shipping time takes 7~ 8 working days by DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT, etc.



Q1: What documentation do you provide with shipments?
A: We provide a complete documentation package including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Material Certificates (MTC), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Welder Certificates, Inspection Reports (including NDT reports if applicable), and a Certificate of Conformity.

Q2: How do you control welding distortion?
A: We employ multiple strategies: proper joint design and sequencing, use of strong-backs and fixtures, pre-setting components, and controlled clamping. For critical components, we use predictive software to model distortion and plan corrective measures in advance.

Q3: Can you match a specific paint color or finish?
A: Yes. We have in-house powder coating and wet painting lines. We can match RAL, Pantone, or custom color samples. We also offer various surface preparations (sandblasting, phosphating) and finishes (textured, glossy, matte).

Q4: What is your typical lead time?
A: Lead time depends on complexity and order volume. Prototypes/samples: 3-5 weeks. Small to medium batches: 5-8 weeks. Large production runs: 8-12+ weeks. Lead time starts after final drawing approval and receipt of deposit.

Q5: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For custom welded fabrications, our MOQ is typically 50 pieces or a minimum order value. However, we are flexible and accept lower quantities for prototyping or initial partnership projects.

Q6: Who is responsible for designing the welding fixtures?
A: Fixture design and manufacturing is included in our service. Our engineering team designs and builds all necessary jigs and fixtures to ensure accuracy and repeatability. The cost is typically factored into the project tooling/NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) charge.

Q7: Can you handle the entire process from raw material to finished assembly?
A: Yes, we are a vertically integrated manufacturer. We manage material sourcing/procurement, laser/plasma cutting, bending/forming, welding, machining, surface treatment, final assembly with purchased parts, and packaging. This ensures single-point accountability and quality control.

Q8: What are your payment terms?
A:  For established partners, we offer 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Other terms (L/C) are negotiable for large projects.
