We implement a complete quality-control system covering the whole production workflow.
1. Our IQC team conducts incoming quality checks for raw materials, verifying dimensions and surface conditions of all incoming parts.
2. During production, dedicated PQC inspectors carry out in-process monitoring throughout manufacturing to catch potential issues in a timely manner.
3. For finished goods, our FQC department performs professional inspection on outsourced treatments including anodizing, plating and other surface finishes, examining product quality and appearance prior to shipment.

Q: How to customize (OEM/ODM)
A: If you have new product drawings or samples, please send them to us. We can customize the hardware according to your requirements. We will also provide professional product suggestions to make the design more specific and maximize performance.

Q: What is the payment method? How should I order and pay?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, L/C.
Sample: 100% paid with order;
Production: 30% deposit paid by T/T before arranging production, and the balance paid before shipment.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity depends on the customer's needs, usually 100-200 pieces. in addition, we also accept trial orders before mass production.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Standard parts: 7-15 days
Non-standard parts: 15-25 days
We will deliver as soon as possible while ensuring quality. The production cycle will vary greatly according to product size, technical requirements and quantity. We always meet customer requirements by adjusting the workshop schedule.

Q: Can I know the progress of my product without visiting your company in person?
