Metal laser cutting:TruPunch CNC Machine is equipping with cutting all kinds of sheet metal accurately:

Thanks to these machines, we are equipped to work with a wide range of thicknesses from 0.2mm up to 50mm, for sheets with a maximum size of 1500 x 3000 mm.
CNC 3D pipe cutting
These machines can cut various round, square, flat and irregular tubes in precision:
- Iron pipe

- AISI 304 tube
It can handle a wide range of tubes thickness from 0.2 to 50mm, with a maximum size of 200mm*4800 mm
Our Producing Process:1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding, or Screw tap according to Customer's requirements.
4. After finish the manufacturing process we will test the parts by the Image
measurement instrument, Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimensions can reach the customer's
requirements, we will make the surface treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by the worker
so that we can make sure the parts which we sell are 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI. we will request you to arrange payment by T/T.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or 30% deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 1-5 weeks if we dont have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, start to prepare the shipment for you, and the balance payment should be settled before delivery.
4) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
5) How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure. And all the goods will be tested after welding, assure 100% no leaking problems.
6) When will my order be delivered?
A: You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. For special items,normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.
7) How can I check the latest prices?
