A: After quotation, if needed, you can ask for samples to check quality. We will provide you free samples(value under 20 without tooling invest) as long as you pay freight cost by yourself.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This covers issues like weld failure, coating defects, or component breakage under normal use. Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or accidents is not covered.
