3. What materials do you use for die-casting?
We primarily use two non-ferrous alloys, chosen for their casting and performance properties:

Aluminum Alloy (ADC12/A380): Most common. Lightweight, good strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and easy to finish. Perfect for indoor and outdoor furniture.

Zinc Alloy (Zamak 3/Zamak 5): Offers higher tensile strength, exceptional fluidity for thin walls and sharp detail, and an excellent base for chrome plating. Often used for premium or decorative chair bases.
We can also work with magnesium alloy for ultra-lightweight applications upon request.

4. How do I start a project?
To get started, simply email us your 3D files, 2D drawings, or pictures of your sample/design concept, along with your target annual volume and desired finish.


5. Can you cast complex designs with logos or textures?
Yes, this is a key strength of die casting. We can integrate:

Brand logos, names, or decorative patterns directly into the mold cavity.

Simulated wood grain, leather texture, or geometric patterns.

Internal ribs and gussets for hidden strength without adding weight.

Pre-cast threaded inserts or mounting points.

6. What surface finishes can you apply?

Tooling Lead Time: Typically 30-50 days for a single-cavity mold, depending on complexity.

9. What is the MOQ for die-cast legs?
Due to the high cost of mold fabrication, MOQs are volume-based:

For New Custom Projects: Minimum 5,000 pieces per order is typical to justify tooling investment.

For Ongoing Production: Subsequent orders can be as low as 2,000 pieces.

For Existing Molds/Standard Designs: MOQ may be lower.
