 OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
        1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
        2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
        3. Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
        4. After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper,
        Angel Gage etc.
        5. After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface treatment 
        process.
        6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure the 
        parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
        7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

         Quality control:
         * We have specialized QC testers to check the quality of the products according to different customers
         requirement. Usually, it's a random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price
         if required.
         * We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material
         * We have PQC to inspect full-course during the manufacturing processing

It is used to quickly connect and lock adjacent formwork panels together at their tie rod holes or panel edges, ensuring a tight, aligned joint to prevent concrete leakage.

2. What is its primary function?
It serves two key purposes:

Panel Connection: It is inserted through the aligned holes of two adjacent formwork panels to physically link them.

Locking Mechanism: The tapered wedge is driven into the slot of the pin, expanding it slightly and creating a tight, hammer-lock connection that prevents the panels from separating under concrete pressure.

3. How do I request a quotation or confirm compatibility?
For an accurate match and quote, please provide:

A sample of your current pin and wedge OR

Clear photos with a ruler showing dimensions, and the brand/model of your formwork system.

Finish preference (HDG standard).

4. What materials and specifications are used?
Our pins are built for toughness and repeated use:

Pin Material: High-Tensile Carbon Steel (Q345B) or Spring Steel.

Wedge Material: Hardened Steel to withstand repeated hammer strikes.

Finish: Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) is standard for maximum corrosion resistance. Electro-galvanized or painted finishes available.

Typical Sizes: Pins are sized by diameter (Ø8mm, Ø10mm, Ø12mm, Ø14mm) and length (80mm to 150mm) to match the panel thickness and tie rod hole.

5. How is the wedge pin installed?
Installation is quick and tool-minimal:

Align the tie rod holes of two adjacent formwork panels.

Insert the pin through the holes.

Place the tapered wedge into the slotted end of the pin.

Hammer the wedge firmly until it is fully seated and tight. A distinct "ping" sound often indicates proper seating.

To dismantle, hammer the wedge out from the thin end, then remove the pin.

6. Are your wedge pins universal?
While the basic design is similar, dimensions are critical. Pins and wedges must match:

The hole diameter of your formwork panels.

The panel thickness (determining pin length).

The specific wedge slot design of the pin.
