• Steel Grades: Manufactured from Carbon Steel Grades 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, compliant with ISO 898-1, ASTM A325, A449, and SAE J429 standards. Available in Stainless Steel 304/316 upon request.

• Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process: Fasteners are immersed in molten zinc at approximately 450°C (842°F), creating a metallurgical bond. This produces a thick, durable coating (typically 45-85 μm) far superior to electroplating for outdoor durability.

• Coating Quality: Meets ASTM A153, ISO 1461, and AS/NZS 4680 standards. The zinc coating provides sacrificial anode protection, preventing rust even if the coating is scratched.

Grade2 Hex Cap Screws
Grade2 hexagon cap screws are made of mild or medium carbon steel for non-critical applications that are not affected by extreme temperatures or stresses.
Grade5 Hex Cap Screws
Grade5 hexagon cap screws are made from medium carbon steel and heat-treated. They have a greater tensile strength than Grade2 screws.
Grade8 Hex Cap Screws
Grade8 hexagon cap screws are made from medium carbon steel and heat-treated. They have a greater tensile strength than a Grade5 screw, and designed for use in high stress applications.
Stainless Steel 18-8 & 316 Hex Cap Screws
Both 18-8 and stainless steel 316 hexagon cap screws are made from austenitic alloys. 18-8 stainless steel
screws are used in products that require general atmospheric corrosion resistance. stainless steel 316 screws
have a higher resistance to corrosion and have superior strength at high temperatures.
Class 4.6 4.8 5.8 Hex Cap Screws
Class 4.6 4.8 5.8 hexagon cap screws are made of mild or medium carbon steel.
Class 8.8 Hex Cap Screws
Class 8.8 hexagon cap screws are made from medium carbon steel and heat treated. Class 8.8 screws have greater tensile strength than classes 4.6, 4.8 and 5.8 hex bolts.
Class 10.9 Hex Cap Screws
Class 10.9 hexagon cap screws are made from medium carbon alloy steel and heat treated. Class 10.9 screws have greater tensile strength than Class 8.8 hexagon cap screws.
