Auto Steering Knuckles are used in the areas of motorcycles or auto motors , forged with quality material. we have three production lines , are able to produce Auto Steering Knuckles and other diverse parts such as Gears, Connecting Rod, Crank Shaft ,Universal Joint, Ball Joint ,Yoke, Transmission Shaft etc. After forming by forged, Auto Steering Knuckles will be processed by heat treatment for further machined, beforelast quality checking and packing, Auto Steering Knuckles are processed by shot blasting for fine surface.
We will design each special tooling to control key dimensions of forging steering knuckle during manufacture and before packing to ensure each key dimension under control.

FAQ
1. What is a Car Axle Steering Knuckle?
The Steering Knuckle (also called a Spindle or Upright) is a critical suspension and steering component. It serves as the pivot point that connects the wheel hub/brake assembly to the vehicle's suspension (via ball joints or control arms) and allows the wheel to steer left and right (via the tie rod). It is a major safety component that must withstand immense stress.
2. What are its main functions?
The knuckle has three essential roles:
Wheel Carrier: It holds the wheel bearing and hub, allowing the wheel to rotate.
Steering Pivot: It rotates on a king pin (older designs) or via ball joints to turn the wheels for steering.
Suspension Anchor: It connects to the vehicle's upper and lower control arms or strut, forming part of the suspension geometry.
Brake Mount: It provides the mounting point for the brake caliper or brake assembly.
3. What types of steering knuckles do you manufacture?
We produce knuckles for a wide range of vehicle types:
Passenger Cars & SUVs: Front wheel drive (FWD), Rear wheel drive (RWD), and All-wheel drive (AWD).
Light Commercial Vehicles & Vans.
Heavy-Duty Trucks & Trailers.
Replacement/OEM-style knuckles for specific car makes and models.
Performance/Racing Knuckles: Forged or machined for aftermarket upgrades.
4. What materials are used?
We use high-strength materials suitable for this safety-critical part:
Primary Material: Ductile Iron (Nodular Cast Iron - Grade 65-45-12, 80-55-06). Most common, offering an excellent balance of strength, castability, and cost.
High-Strength Alternatives: Forged Steel (AISI 4140, 1045) or Aluminum Alloy (A356-T6) for lightweight performance applications.
Process: Precision casting (ductile iron) or forging followed by CNC machining to exact tolerances.
5.How can I get a quote or confirm fitment?
For a fast and accurate response, please provide:
Vehicle VIN or OEM Part Number.
Target price and annual quantity forecast.
For new programs: 2D drawings or 3D data (STEP, IGES).
6. Are your steering knuckles direct OEM replacements?
Yes. Our replacement knuckles are engineered as direct, form-fit-function replacements for the original parts. They match the OEM specifications for:
Mounting points (for ball joints, tie rod, strut/control arm).
Wheel bearing hub interface.
Brake caliper mounting holes.
Overall geometry and weight.
7. Do the knuckles come with wheel studs or bearings?
Typically, steering knuckles are sold as a bare casting/forging, fully machined and ready for assembly. Wheel studs, bearings, seals, and ABS sensor rings are usually NOT included as they are often re-used from the old assembly or purchased separately. Please confirm the exact product description. We can supply complete hub assemblies upon request.
8. Do you supply related suspension components?
We are a chassis specialist and can also supply:
Control Arms & Ball Joints
Tie Rod Ends & Center Links
Stabilizer Links (Sway Bar Links)
Complete front axle/suspension corner assemblies.
9. What surface treatment is applied?
To prevent corrosion, knuckles receive a protective coating:
Standard: Black Phosphate (Parkerizing) or Electro-deposition (E-Coat). Provides a good base for paint and rust resistance.
OEM-Style: Often primed and painted in black or gray.
High-Performance: Powder coating for extra durability.
10. Can you produce custom or performance knuckles (OEM)?
Yes. OEM and motorsports are key markets for us. We offer:
Full OEM Production: Supplying directly to vehicle assembly lines or Tier-1 suppliers.
Reverse Engineering & Prototyping: From a sample or drawing.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support.
Lightweighting and geometry optimization for racing.
11. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Aftermarket Replacement Part: MOQ 50 pieces per part number (e.g., 50 Left Hand, 50 Right Hand).
OEM Program / Tier-1 Supply: MOQ is project-based and negotiable (typically 10,000+ pieces annually).
12. What is your production lead time?
Samples (for existing tooling): 20-30 working days.
Aftermarket Production Order: 40-60 working days.
New OEM Program (with tooling): 90-120 days for tooling and sample approval.
